The company provides customers with a one-year warranty and free door-to-door service within one year (only with service outlets). From the date the equipment arrives at the user’s location and signs for acceptance, all man-made damage, accidental damage and malfunctions and damage caused by illegal operations are not covered by the warranty. After the warranty period of the equipment has expired, paid services for equipment maintenance will be provided, and component fees will be charged as appropriate, and maintenance fees will be waived.

During the warranty period, a variety of flexible contact methods such as hotline, fax, and email are provided to provide users with 24-hour timely response services. If there are any problems or failures, if the user believes that there is a need for technical personnel to support the site, the company will send professional engineers to the site within 8 hours (only with service outlets) for free repair or replacement service support. Outside Guangzhou city, Tianzhihe will arrange for on-site service by engineers from nearby after-sales outlets within 24 hours.
