The double-layer glass of capacitive touch screens not only protects conductors and sensors, but also effectively prevents the influence of external environmental factors on the touch screen. Even if the screen is contaminated with dirt, dust, or oil, the capacitive touch screen can still accurately calculate the contact position. Touch POS is more intuitive and faster than keyboard POS, but there is still a problem of touchscreen insensitivity after multiple uses. The touch screen POS machine replaces the keyboard and mouse with a touch screen. I believe that in the future, all POS machines will be replaced by touch screens.
